At the heart of the club lies a shared passion for the MORGAN car brand, which was founded in 1909 in Malvern Link, England, by Henry Frederick Stanley (H.F.S.) Morgan.
The Morgan Club Switzerland, an association within the scope of Art. 60ff of the Swiss Civil Code, was founded in 1977. Today, the club has over 250 members.
The Morgan Club Switzerland will be celebrating its 50th anniversary from 17 June to 20 June 2027 in Andermatt with a three-day event, to which guests from partner Morgan Clubs near and far are warmly invited.
To mark the anniversary, a special ‘50 Years of MCS Anniversary Badge’ is also available.
The aim of the club is to foster friendship and socialising among its members through regular regional get-togethers, as well as various outings and trips both at home and abroad. The “MCS Sports Team” brings together members who take part in rallies and races themselves or wish to attend such events with like-minded people. The “MCS Travel Group” organises a long-distance trip lasting approximately two weeks every year. The care, restoration and maintenance of the vehicles, as well as the exchange of technical knowledge, also hold a special place within the club.
Close contact is also maintained with MORGAN clubs abroad. Members are kept informed through a comprehensive club magazine, *McsORGAN*, which is published once a year. The website provides members with up-to-date information throughout the year, whilst interim updates are sent out by email.
